Recently the former minister of agriculture Vasiliy Leonov opened secret of authority of the president above elements, by acting in a republican press. It appears, in that pore group of the scientists here worked under the direction of the professors' Tula University, doctor of engineering science Oleg Martynov. They also did a  weather in republic.

THE EXPERIENCE with a  weather were conducted during unified Soviet Soyuz. In August in Byelorussia the dry weather, theoretical for a reaping was established. After the crop was removed, and winters are sown, the needs for agriculture have changed. Then Luckashenko also has booked a rain. Contrary to all forecasts weather agency the rain has come. And when the time has come to collect strategically relevant for Byelorussia the product potatoes, scientific 
Have asked to correct cyclone collectors and again to supply a dry weather. And the third desire of the Byelorussian president was executed!

In what essence by this a miracle - know-how? At the front of cyclone collector there are low frequency oscillations. They arise owing to violation of interplay between a core of the Earth and rock sphere. The same oscillations with the help of the devices the scientists were learned to create syntheticly. Moreover, was straightened out. it is possible conduct a cyclone collector in the necessary direction, as paper snake behind a thread. Neither it is more, nor it is less!
